I’m a man and I was born June 5, 1953.
I was born in Milwaukee, then moved to St. Francis, a southern suburb, in 1964. I then moved as a single man to Indiana to attend Bible college in 1974. Most of my relation has passed away but have many memories. I am a Baptist lay preacher and have been in different church ministries over the years. Currently, I have weekly Bible studies at a local nursing home.
Married since 1981, but my wife has developed dementia. I have been pen palling for several years and have even had a pen pal newsletter (desktop publishing). I have been using computers since the mid-1980s. I am interested in Bible study (KJV), World War II (especially the German Occupation of the British Channel Islands), archeology, history, genealogy, exchanging coins, business cards and post cards. We have an adult daughter who lives with us and looks after her mother when I am at my security job in Chicago. I have been in the security field since 2002.
I will ignore any e-mails or snail mail that asks for donations, handouts, sob stories, "investment", pyramid schemes, etc.
I will not correspond with teenagers or minors.

About me: Hello everyone, I’m Alex. I’m just a young woman living a decent life in a crime-infested city. I work a lot and, other than that, I just sit around doing things that I find pleasurable. I do a fair amount of reading/studying, I practice the art of calligraphy and carpentry, I draw (something I am improving on), and I take care of my garden.
