I live with my fiancé, teenage son, and his two younger daughters who are at our home almost daily. We have pets- four cats, two dogs, and a 65 gal. aquarium with a mixture of fish.
During my free time I like to be outdoors with my family- traveling to close and far places, walking, hiking, and exploring. I like to listen to audiobooks about anything- most of the time I go to the library app and pick something randomly that is available. I also listen to podcasts, I like the strange history stuff- Lore or anything from Grim and Mild, Ridiculous History, Stuff They Don’t Want You To Know, etc. I love reading but I don’t have a lot of time for that so listening is the next best thing for me. I also cross stitch, crochet, draw, or try a new craft; I am a starter, that means I love to start projects with the full intention of finishing but then I find something else to do.
For work I am a Building Engineer for the local schools. I take care of a high school property, anything that has to do with building mechanics is my job or finding the person that can take care of it. I’ve been working here for 21+ years so I’m almost part of the furniture, actually I’ve been here longer than most of the furniture.
